TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: 2025-12-18
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of and participation in the Company Training Membership(“Membership”, “Training”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a Membership or taking part in any associated activity, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Membership
The Company Training Membership provides access to ongoing dance training and related activities.
Two Membership types are currently offered:
- Standard Membership – £85 per month
Includes up to 8 hours of training per month, plus guest workshops.
- Premium Membership – £105 per month
Includes up to 16 hours of training per month, guest workshops, eligibility to be considered for shows and filmings, and discounts on private classes.
Membership content, structure, teachers, and schedules may vary from month to month.
2. Purchases & Subscriptions
Memberships may be purchased as:
- a one-time monthly purchase, or
- an automatically renewing subscription.
All payments, renewals, cancellations, and subscription management are handled by Squarespace. By purchasing, you also agree to Squarespace’s terms and policies.
We do not manage or store payment details directly.
3. Pricing & Changes
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
We reserve the right to:
- update prices for future months,
- modify Membership benefits,
- introduce or discontinue Membership options.
Any changes apply only going forward and do not affect Memberships already paid for.
4. No Refunds, Credits, or Rollovers
All sales are final.
By purchasing a Membership, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds are issued for any reason.
- No credits are provided for unused training hours.
- Unused hours do not roll over to future months.
- Missed sessions — regardless of reason — are not refundable or transferable.
This applies to both one-time purchases and subscriptions.
5. Use of Training Hours
Training hours:
- apply only to the month in which they are purchased,
- are non-transferable to another person,
- cannot be exchanged for money, credit, or other services.
Once a month ends, any unused hours expire.
6. Premium Membership & Opportunities
Premium Membership provides eligibility to be considered for shows, filmings, and other performance opportunities.
Please note:
- Participation is not guaranteed.
- Selection depends on factors such as project needs, availability, suitability, preparedness, and artistic direction.
- Purchasing Premium does not create an entitlement to any specific role, project, or appearance.
7. Scheduling & Program Changes
Schedules, teachers, and formats may change due to availability, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.
We may:
- reschedule sessions,
- substitute teachers,
- adjust or switch formats (e.g. studio-based, filmed, or alternative setups).
Such changes do not entitle Members to refunds or credits.
8. Code of Conduct
We aim to maintain a respectful, professional, and supportive environment.
Participants are expected to:
- treat others with kindness and respect,
- avoid disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior,
- follow studio rules and instructor guidance.
If behavior becomes inappropriate or unsafe, we may restrict participation temporarily or permanently.
If removal is necessary, any unused portion of the Membership will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
9. Health & Physical Responsibility
Dance training is physically demanding.
By participating, you confirm that:
- you are fit to take part,
- you understand the physical risks involved,
- you participate at your own responsibility.
We are not liable for injuries or health issues arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
10. Filming, Photography & Media Use
Training sessions, rehearsals, and events may be photographed or filmed.
By participating, you consent to the use of such media for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, you must notify us explicitly in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this.
11. Intellectual Property
All choreography, teaching materials, recordings, and creative content remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.
Recording or distributing training content without prior written permission is not allowed.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation if these Terms are breached.
Where termination is initiated by us (and not due to Member cancellation), unused Membership time will be refunded proportionally.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of opportunity or enjoyment.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
